villain Posted April 16, 2003 Share Posted April 16, 2003 I still have not found a cure for back pain. In fact it has only gotten worse. Tylenol and Ibuprofen and aspirin don't seem to do anything. I ended up buying a nice back care pillow top and the knots went away in a few days. Granted it wasn't a pinced nerve, but an amazing improvement nonetheless.
