More like me asking you nicely to think of your well being and sanity before posting another attempt at Wildstyles. Please work on the flow and ebb of your letters with simples, first. Get those down to a science. To where you have them so locked down and slick that you don't even have to think about it. So guys like Spek and Mber would look at it and say 'Ghat Damn! If you dont have a firm grasp on your simple letter structure, youre going to lose everything when you try to do any advanced stuff. Try to blow everybody away with some clean, simple letters. On the others you are on the right track you just need to outline a little thicker and and little more decisively. Your lines should go in a definite direction...not maybe this way maybe that way. My guess is you are probably better than most of the cats on here who are telling you to stick to simples...I'd say what you are working on is not beyond your grasp so keep working it. If that sketch was posted without the running of the mouth, I would of let it go, but with the false claims goin on I felt the "card pulling" was necessary in this case... when I was a young kid I use to bite the fuck out of whatever graf was available at the time, but I didnt go around posting it on the internet, or I wouldnt have if it existed at the time... haha There aint no shame in learning just keep it on the DL, no need to come on here makin up stories and stuff. Marz, If you have to look at other peoples stuff to get inspiration or whatever it needs to be defined as, do this: Turn the piece(s) upside down and try to look for ways to make your letters out of them. That will still be biting but it wont be an exact replica of somebody else's letters, and at the same time it will force you to start to really understand what it takes to make an 'M' or an 'A'. You'll find letter structures that you like, shapes and flow that you like to use. Then after a while you'll come up with your own and wont need to look at other people's stuff all the time. But dont let anybody say they dont bite. There are people in here who are as original as can be, but I know that I still see stuff now and then that just blows me away and inspires me to re-think letter structure, but I try to look at the concept behind it, not the actual letter or piece itself. So use that like so, instead of biting a piece, look at it and try to think of a way to do it better. If you cant, then work up to it until you can. If nobody likes my post, battle me.
