Man, Im having a shitty week. My car windows are fucked up! Plus my center cap fell off my rim the other day, cuzz the jackass that changed my tire forgot to put it on right! My pipes in my house busted 2 nights ago, leaving me with no water yesterday, so that made me late to work. The ticket I got made me late again. Guest Dr. Drew Posted April 3, 2003 Share Posted April 3, 2003 man, sucks bro. but if the cop says 40-something, it means he didn't exactly have the radar reading, so you can contest it. in my state, you can write a letter instead of paying the fine and explain that you were NOT speeding and that the officer did not radar you, and there is no evidence. works in my state, i dont know about where you live though. I think this is an urban myth....always hear about it, but never from somebody it actually worked for. I know it hasn't woked for me the few times I tried. Has this worked for anyone?? Can I? no if he showed you the gun, you can't contest it. but rage is right, if the cop doesn't show up, the judge has to thow it out. make sure s/he doesn't show up for court, you have the officer's name on the ticket, go find his/her car and slash the tires. good revenge for fucking with you, and it'll ensure s/he wont show up for court. damn, 49 in 35 is seriously a normal thing, even the cops do that. If I delay it twice, my court date will not be until like Sept or some shit. So, that would make the cop totally forget who I was, and when the ticket was issued. So contesting it, and delaying it may help me out. If anything it will at least get the ticket reduced. I passed by the spot again on my lunch, motherfuckers were gone. They must have needed to fill a quota or something, fuckers! Fuckin dikes on bikes! Fuckers! *joint passed* Cops are always speeding too. They will throw on the lights just to pass on a red, fuckers!
