Intangible Posted March 21, 2003 Share Posted March 21, 2003 I would say yes in major yards...no in smaller yards or layups...I would guess commercial trains such as amtrak will have tighter security...They dont want another undersiege 2 to occur, and neither does anyone else who saw that movie...
