stretching feels really, really good!

so since ive caught this terminal case of ebola, i'm a pretty sore billy goat. to help recitfy that, ive started stretching every 30 or 40 seconds, all day long. its kind of time consuming, but it feels really good. i suggest every one lay down and tense up all their muscles, hold it for a few seconds, then let them relax. even if you arent drying, it feels real wonderfunl.

whoa... we agree twice in the same day.

(maybe I have ebola too?)

every morning when I wake up,

I hea to the kitchen to put on a pot of tea.

Then out comes the mat and it yoga time.

Now I'm sure that all the real yogis would laugh

at my feeble attempt to get into the forward bend,

but hot damn it feels good.

You'll find that your body will act differently after a while.

I've felt my center of gravity lower just a little bit and now

I;m much more stable and centralized. Plus I can crack all

types of fun spots around my body. Like Shoulders!

And now I'm getting into some inversons!

Hold this shit for 10 minutes!

I can hold that with one hand... ;)

I used to be big on stretching, but I've become flexible enough for most stretches to not really feel like much.

I'm all about balance holds now. My personal records:

Same thing, on one hand: 3 seconds

yoga is nice...I do it at the gym I used to rock climb at...after I was done with a session of yoga and I lay down I feel so relaxed....its wonderful.

mayeb I should start doing it again...I just got a climbing harness so that I might be motivated enought o go back to climbing....once I get over this cold I will.

Dude that site sucks and theirs no need to post it in everypost.

seeking go nazi on his ass for invading your thread. or let's break in europe.

anyways stretching does feel good. especially for taller people. we are usually rather stiff.

i've had lower back problems for about 3 years now. and stretching is one of the things i have to do since i can't really play basketball or too many other things without feeling like total crap at night. the stretching doesen't really do shit for my back but..

i use one of those inflatable balls to do some kick ass stretching exercizes while at the same time get some of those muscles deep in your stomach and back to work real good.

my problem spot is my "hammies" I can barely reach my shins. and i'm not even fat.
