Or you just caught the last minute or two, which was instrumental, but there could have been words earlier? You might try some of the guitar god-type stuff. SRV, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, some of them have done acoustic instrumental stuff that might make the radio (or sound "classic rock-ish"). Or maybe Santana, Zeppelin, somebody covering "Little Wing" acoustically...dunno what to tell ya, they're right that you would make a lousy witness.
