we dont have a drug abuse thread anymore.

I had 2 months clean of opiates and unceremoniously

jerked that off the other night. I wasn't trying to quit

really i was just too busy doing responsible shit. It was

just ok. Opana really knocks you back. I thought

oxycodone...oxymorphone.. how much different could

they really be. Drooled on myself for 5 hours....

hhahahhhahahahaha.

So now that I'm trying to ease up the drinking I thought pot would help, but I turned into a huge lazy fat ass pot head, with a huge stupid bong. When you have an endless amount you just smoke all day, watch TPB, and walk to the corner store for steak and cheese sandwiches.

this is why I had to give up teh weed smoke.

took me a couple years of not drinking but still smoking on the daily to realize that shit was fucking holdin me back too....

addicts gonna addict.

regardless Manute I give you props for working on this shit....its been a coupla months now, no easy task, most folks just give up and take the easy way out

Should probably be supportive. You folks cleaning up got your

heads screwed on right. Your chances of being happy and successful

are far better than if you sucking a bottle all the time. If you

really have a problem, no matter what the substance you should

already know how fast it will get out of hand. Usually with

some sort of fucked up consequences too. To think about what I

allowed xanax to do makes me want to beat the dog shit out of

myself.

so anyways congrats poz and erbody else doin it

^Yeah, I tried that for about 5-6 weeks also. Thought I was doing great, but would end up drinking much more over the weekend to make up for lost time. Then every Monday & Tuesday would be withdrawals or daytime drinking at work to cope. After 5 weeks of that, I went on a trip and threw the non drinking weekdays out the window. Ended up drinking everyday for another 6-7 months and not being able to just drink on the weekends. I feel much better now that I haven't drunk in 3 months. I can't go through those ups and downs every week.
