KaBar
The UN is a Big Subject And except for my personal rants and complaints about their intention to place the United States under their authority, I doubt anything I have to say will really inform anybody. I URGE YOU to type "The United Nations" into your browser and find out as much as you can about their plans for the United States. Do you realize that there are "United Nations Global Bio-sphere Parks" ALREADY in the United States? That is correct. The United Nations, WHICH HAS NO LEGITIMATE AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER IN OUR COUNTRY, has managed to get a number of our National Parks and National Forests (read that again--NATIONAL Parks. They belong to US, not to "the people of the World") declared to be under the authority of the United Nations. Since when did the UN have the authority to do such a thing in the U.S.? I understand that shortly after they first did it, the public outcry at the parks was so violent and agitated that they took down the signs. But go to their website and LOOK AT THE MAPS. The sonofabitches think they control part of the Continental United States. And with authority, comes the "right" to TAX the people of the United States, and to pass regulations and so forth. You can bet they won't be wearing a UN uniform in our country, though. To do so is extremely risky--there are people in this country who would consider it an act of war. A few years ago, the Louisiana Unorganized Militia managed to get two of their members into the Fort Polk training areas for UN troops basically disguised as photojournalists. They took hundreds of photographs of troops from Communist countries, or countries that "used" to be Communist, training in the U.S. on how to set up roadblocks, how to run "detention" camps, how to control the movement of civilians, etc. It was shocking, to see troops in Communist uniforms, carrying AK-47's and RPD machineguns and RPG-13 rocket launchers practicing arresting American citizens and running check points right in our own country. Now, there's more than one way to look at this. One could say that they are being trained here to operate here. Or, one could say, hey--better that these guys get training from us than the Russians. I'm sure that they wouldn't have to go all the way to Uzbekistan to get storm troopers, we've got plenty of UN oriented law enforcement right here at home. It was pretty creepy looking at actual photographs of men in UN uniforms training foreign troops on our own soil, though. Did you know that there is a German Air Force (Luftwaffe) base in New Mexico? It's called Holloman Air Force Base, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The German government OWNS IT. They actually bought it from us. I know you guys don't believe me, that's fine. I just encourage you to go to the UN's own web site, and read their plans for your country for yourself. Some of you will be just fine with it--what can I say? Fifty years of propaganda has taken a toll. But some of you will read it in shocked disbelief---OMIGOD, THE RIGHT-WING MILITIA CRAZIES WERE CORRECT! When they start carving our country up into "departments" or "management zones" or some other shit like that, don't say I didn't warn you about it. KaBar
Again, check it out for yourself They say the the true test of a real conspiracy is that it cannot be proven. In fact, this line was used in a pretty good movie "Conspiracy Theory," which took genuine concerns of real conspiracy theory researchers and sort of blew them all out of proportion and made them look ludicrous and unrealistic. It always amazes me that people will believe any bizarre thing about the right, but act as though the Left is acting on purely humanitarian grounds. As an example, if I told you that the extreme right wing had a plan to exterminate the children of known minority drug addicts, in order to destroy that genetic pool, as part of some Nazi conspiracy, there are probably plenty of people on the Left who would buy it. Especially people from the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center. They see Nazi saboteurs under every bed. But if I told you, "Oh, no, this is just a program to underwrite a woman's right to choose, and to guarantee the reproductive rights of low-income women and women of color" then the destruction of 240,000 fetuses would be perfectly okay, right? The truth is, I do not share the opinion of many of my conservative colleagues, especially the born-again Christian ones. I do not believe that the world needs more abused, neglected children living in poverty. What I don't understand is why the people who created the unwanted pregnancy (can't really call them "parents") don't simply get sterilized. If they don't want kids, what the hell. Do it right. I do not share the obsession about abortion clinics and abortionists. I think that if a woman doesn't want to have her child, then she'd probably be best not having it. Kind of tough on the kid, of course, but that's life. And, in the long run, they'd be doing society a big favor by not bringing any more crack babies into the world, to be cared for by the rest of us. The right wing often sees every effort to expand Federal power as some tenacle of One World Government. Unfortunately, I often see things in this light myself. I do NOT see "world citizenship" as anything positive. In this, I do share certain viewpoints (but definately not all) with the John Birch Society. This is the ultimate irony, since I vilified the John Birchers as the ultimate in reactionary goofballs wearing tin-foil hats back in the '60s. One thing I have come to admire is their RELENTLESS documentation of their sources. If they report that the Bilderburgers met in Vienna, and are carving up Bosnia (or whatever,) they scrupulously document it, with photographs and news reports and so on to back up their statement. The Left deals with this by saying "So what?" But they can't deny that he reports are accurate. When I first wrote this, I linked some sites to demonstrate what I mean, but for some reason the links don't work right, and I spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out, and can't. So, instead of listing links, all I can do is recommend you use your browser and look up these subjects ^^^ above and see what's there. Sorry. WhAt_dA_fUcK
"Let me win,if i cannot win then let me look good in the process" personally i think the war on Iraq isnt well thought out..Bush is aiming on Iraq because he has no one else to fight...he doesnt want the war on terrorism to end because americans will think he would be all talk...so for now he is aiming on Iraq to see what happens and hopefully he would find a reason to fight a fight worth fighting...its like drilling for oil eventually he could hit something..... - my 2 cents-

Esai
Kabar, you had some good points but now youre starting to scare me a little. I was just wondering these militia guys' view on what america has done to indians, and what would be their plans if the US was toppled. Fuck bush and saddam, someone said it best that both are imperialistic dictators who have no regard for their citizens unless it involves suppressing them. This asshole in Iraq let millions die while he lives in luxury, and the same to bush, clinton, and practically every president this nation has ever had. I agree that our government is evil, and to be truthfull so are 99% of the world's governments, they pander to large corporations whom line their pockets and military arsenals while they basically rob and kill their native citizens and/or working classes. Kabar was right about the constitution, etc., these are all bones the politicos throw at us to keep us from revolting, nuff said. Even if you disagree with me, do a favor to yourself: look at these issues logically and study both sides' arguments and actions. So far Bush has done nothing but contradict himself and make accusations based on conjecture and opinion. -Why has there been no material concrete evidence about Iraq that has been presented to the public? Usually a leader presents unarguable evidence about an issue before he spends billions of dollars and lots of lives for war, and all that bullshit blair has shown still doesnt prove a thing, no concrete evidence. -Or how about the fact that Bush's reasoning and goal for a war with Iraq continue to change? First it was to rid them of weapons of mass destruction, then it was Iraq has violated UN resolutions, then it was saddam has killed his own people, and even that Iraq is linked to al quaeda. Or first the priority is to allow weapons inspectors in, then it was we need to change the regime in Iraq, these are just a few changes that even our own pussy ass congrees is even questioning. -How come every time Iraq has made a move to allow inspectors in, the president and his cabinet dismiss them? If they truly were after their goal of keeping america safe than wouldnt these actions make them happy? -How come whenever someone questions Bush(and his cabinet's)goals or actions, they are denounced as nonpatriots and called unamerican? Isnt one of the founding principles of this country the right to speach and to question? Isnt a country where this is not allowed a dictatorship? -Im not even gonna start on how disgusting it is to me that Bush would disrespect the victims of 9/11 by using them in his speeches to the USand UN to push his own political agendas that have completely no relevence to the sept 11th attacks, fucken nauseating. - The US has been found guilty violating dozens of UN charters, the US' response is basically "fuck off", and the UN is full of pussies who do nothing about it(not that I want them to) Our presidency was basically robbed the last election, this violates any move to democracy in the world, yet I dont see france or anyone else trying to start a war with us and our own dictator who has no regard for the world(with his actions) and now is in charge of the largest arsenal of weapons in the world. Either way, I am a biased person, but I tried to look at this issue impartially by just the facts of the situation and the actions of the involved party, and the Bush cabinet still wreaks of insincerity and bad intentions, I could only hope that you all and America can do the same and wake the fuck up!!! KaBar
Good Book Exerpts I read several of them, very interesting. Some of this I had heard before, but Mr. Blum is a very interesting writer. I'd like to see the footnotes, but I suppose for that, I'd need to actually buy his book. One problem about all this is that it doesn't give any hint that there were very similar activities and conspiracies on the part of the Soviet Union and their counterparts in each of these countries. Murder, torture, kidnapping, "disappearances," and so forth are by no means unique to the clandestine services of the United States. This doesn't excuse whatever American excesses were committed, but to look only at one side and not the other gives a lop-sided and inaccurate view of the Cold War. What the hell, they called it the Cold War for a reason. The leftist plethora of organizations and parties here in the United States thoroughly infiltrated so-called "spontaneous" anti-war and community organizations. I know this to be true because I was politically active then, and I knew many Communists and New Leftists who were quite proud of their ability to mislead and surrepticiously influence and direct seemingly innocent "peace" organizations. And of course, they thoroughly infiltrated labor unions, teacher's organizations, etc. This hardly seems surprising. It's more or less what one expects of CPUSA and other organizations like them. As active anarchists, we often baited them and tried to provoke them into humiliating public brawls, and occasionally succeeded. Some of them, like Lyndon LaRouche's National Caucus of Labor Committees (NCLC) (yes, LaRouche and his loonies used to be considered New Leftists and socialists of a sort) attempted several times to attack anarchist gatherings and contingents at public demonstrations, etc. The IWW had a barrel of axe handles and baseball bats at one member's home to provide defense against NCLC if necessary. A few years later, the NCLC became whatever LaRouches' organization is now, and they dropped any pretense at being "Left" and became "crazy." Of course, this is a far cry from officially supported and funded agencies of the U.S. Government undermining other governments.
