Kettiecat Posted June 5, 2003 Share Posted June 5, 2003 Certain vitamins (I can’t remember which ones) cause hair loss if you take too much of them, or if you take vitamin supplements that you don’t need. I had noticed a lot of more of my hair falling out when I showered and I asked my doc that’s what he told me, it got better when I stopped taking them.
