nomadawhat Posted September 20, 2002 Share Posted September 20, 2002 creatine worked for me a few years back, gained weight and strength pretty fast. once i quit working out it all turned to fat though. at my peak i was 200lbs (beggining of summer), now i'm trying to go the other weigh (haha) and lose weight. i'm now 6'2" and 180ish. (granted you are lifting weights) the nitro tech is straight protien which will help a lot in gaining weight, muscle recovery and give longer lasting results than the cell tech. my advice would be to take the cell tech for a monthm get a quick gain. then switch immediately to the nitro tech to keep the mass, and keep gradually building muscle.
