i don't drink anymore....i have been drinking milkshakes like mad, though. amino acid supplements...ummm, iron supplements, i dunno...

sit around. eat alot. stay on 12oz watch tv. eat cheesy poofs. drink lot's of beer. never eat less than 4 squares a day. do not go outside. do not exercise inside. did i mention eat alot.

i know some people taking liquid creatine.....but i wouldnt reccomend it...its expensive and i dontnkow...i guess theres some risks..more so in powder form but thats a big thing here...

Don't take any weight-gaining supplements, that shit is wack.

 

Start doing alot of push ups, and make sure your form is correct. Although it might sound really gay, go pick up a copy of mens fitness. Increase your protein intake and drinks lots of water.

creatine worked for me a few years back, gained weight and strength pretty fast. once i quit working out it all turned to fat though. at my peak i was 200lbs (beggining of summer), now i'm trying to go the other weigh (haha) and lose weight. i'm now 6'2" and 180ish.

just lift weights or do pushups etc. it will take awhile to notice anything so just keep at it. try to do a little bit everyday.

same here.

 

i was 145 for the longest time. never could gain weight. started eating pizza alot and sorta stopped smoking and bam! 180 lbs of pure beefcake.
