scienxe Posted June 4, 2001 Share Posted June 4, 2001 hmm. i REALLY dont want to see this fucking movie. and yes there ARE inaccuracies... for instance they neglect to mention that we had decyphered the japanese message to attack and the president knew about the attack HOURS before it actually happened but was looking for a way to get into the war. whats next? "HIROSHIMA - a love story"? they'll probably forget to mention that the war was already over and japan had already surrendered, oh and they'll forget that nagasaki was bombed all together (also AFTER the surrender) and they wont say that japan was bombed to test the A and H bombs in real life situations. oh well. i dont want to see shrek either.... im pretty touchy about corporate punk stuff and i hear at the end they fucking play a punk song or something (oi's included.) whatever. oh. and the fact that its a complete ripoff of the princess bride also plays a part in my decision. ::nod:: oh. and i hate america (not the land, the system) and anyone who wants to pay for me to move to canada can get in touch with me through email. until then, stop with the "if you dont like it leave" shit because its never an option for the people who dont like it.
