23578 Posted September 11, 2002 Author Share Posted September 11, 2002 oh well, sorry, i didn't know there was a rule against posting shit twice. anyhow, i haven't seen it on here if that's any consolation. the debate continues however, trans-fats also form from agitating and prolonged high temp re-use of oils, so i still think it's not going to be safe to eat mcd's once a day or more. plus counting total fat content of their foods you're kidding yourself if you think it's ok, but, whatever ,baby steps, right?
