Usually it's the drums or the off-time 303 that wakes me up, but today I woke up to the sound of freedom from the hippies! I could see out of the window an El Cheapo Moving truck. (yes.. it's really called El Cheapo!) They were moving out all their boxes and beanbag chairs! woo hoo!! here's the Backstory *just to clairfy, these are not real hippies. Hell, I have a couple of friends who grew up taking thabla (sp) lessons, and they don't walk around all day banging their drum, or setting up cyphers. These hippies try too hard. They should just sit and drink corrupt coffee from Starbucks and talk about saving the orcas while they litter cigarette butts all over and go up north and shit in the woods so a raccoon can get it's own version of malaria, and while driving back, throwing cellophane cigarette wrappers out the window and claiming that technology sucks. The were talking about graffiti for an hour and had a ton of footage. The even had a 'graf correspondant' sitting under a bridge under a causr piece. goldhawk live !
