zorak Posted August 26, 2002 Share Posted August 26, 2002 fucking fuckers. i made my first call in at 8:15 as i wanted to get this over with early... ha! after waiting until 10:00 they send out a truck, but it isn't a flat bed. that's funny because i specifically requested a flat bed. i ask the driver to send out a flat bed (because that is what i requested) and the dude tells me i have to call my insurance company back and request a flat bed from them... which i already did. it is now 10:30 and they tell me it will be another ninety minutes... fuck. SHELLTOES Posted August 26, 2002 Share Posted August 26, 2002 at least you're home and not stranded somewhere like i have been many times. too many times for hours. what you need to do is get a friend in the towing industry so you have someone to call anytime for free. last time i broke down a tow truck just showed up and he kinda knew me so he said he'd do it for $20 but if i called his office it would be like $50. guess which i chose.
