i done that to onions....tomatoes too..

sometimes it just feels good.....onions pack a punch though, but after a while you kinda get used to it.

Tomatoes and onions are essential to life...mine, anyway.

Tomatoes and olives are about the only fruits I'll eat. Oranges are gross.

If you chomp the onion, I'd recommend vidalias, or failing that a red (purple) onion, because those supermarket yellow and white onions will kick your ass (as well as drop the next dozen or so people you breathe on).

haha, true

the key to olives is the preparation though,

you have to slice them and soak them in a mix

of liquid goods and then wash them properly...

under proper proceedure even kalamata can taste real good.

I just hope you like feta!

I eat tomatoes all the time, but not like an apple. SLICED. My father-in-law, up in Washington State, eats a Walla Walla Sweet Onion every day with his lunch--like an apple. Walla Walla Sweets are similar to Vidalias or Texas 1015's. No sting--sweet tasting.

tomatoes like apples

this brings back memories of my childhood when i would sit with my friend in his room playing zelda all day and in the course of 8 or so hours of zelda he would eat between 10-15 tomatoes in that fashion. it always made my stomach turn, probably also due to the fact that he also would chew with his mouth open. bla! im gonna bring this up next time i see him, sick bastard.
