Smoking weed doesnt help because in the long run youll use it to fall asleep every night. If you already smoke weed try and not smoke for a while before going to bed. And if that doesnt work. Just get some excersice and get your self into the habit of going to sleep at the same time every night

cammomille tea worked wonders for me.

herbal tea is where its at, i was hooked on benzos to sleep for quite sometime, damn thats was fun but i was addicted as fuck and that wasgay. just use tea.

YES! chamomile tea is excellent... i put some milk in my tea which helps more (in my experience)

 

or hot milk before you go bed, and yes masturbation also.

i used to take that every night, it worked really well for awile but now i think im immune. sucks, i cant sleep either.

yea i dont sleep much maybe 3-4 hours a day sometimes 5

i find that if you dont sleep for long periods of time

work all day, and go out for the most part of the night

you can fall asleep better... go figure right?

Do not take this on a regular basis. Melatonin is actually a chemical that your body makes normally. As you age, the levels of melatonin your body makes drop off. (You might know old people that complain about only sleeping a few hours a night) Anyhow, if you take it regularly now when you are young, your body will stop producing it naturally and you will be doubly screwed.

dont drink or eat anything at least 2 hours before you go to bed.

and um punch a punching bag for 3 hours before that then take a hot shower for 1 hour then go to bed. i sometimes go to sleep better with music or the tv on....it fucks up ur dreams too. for instance, just the other night, there was a thing on about cancer and pills on tv. in my dream someone had cancer and we were all trying to figure out what pill to take so that noone else wold get it...its even better when you have porn on :crazy: ..........

the music thing works really well for me...I just put on something with a strong bass beat and turn the volume down to where all I hear is the bass beat really low...that usually helps

also I will take like 5 or 6 tylenol pm...I take 2 or 3 then right before I fall asleep I take the same dose..that usually will keep me out for 6 or 7 hours of strange strange strange dreams.

 

The last time I did I experience teh high that meth gives you in a dream, keep in mind I have never done meth. I described what I felt in my dream to a friend that used to do alot of meth and he said thats exactly what its like.....strange

I have sleeping problems...1 night ill sleep 4 hours...then next night ill sleep 15 hours...next night not at all....not my head feeels likes its going to explode...and everything is happening at light speed...
