T.T Boy Posted June 29, 2002 Share Posted June 29, 2002 we have mailboxes for needles here. id love to be the guy who cleans those out when they overflow. in vancouver they have the needle exchange program, the folks are gonna do it anyways, so they hand out free needles in exchange for dirty ones. i mean we wouldnt want them to stop using right? i think they actually have heroin houses there too, where people can shoot in a "safe" environment. i guess its good in some ways.
