I believe him but would like some other peoples input. heres the situatio: Me and two buddy were bombing the freeway, finished, got in the car and drove off. we drive by a cop and he flips a 'u' and pulls us over. my buddy in the front seat bolts out of the car. the cop tells me to get out, asks to see my hands. the can i was using kinda blew up so i had some paint on my hands. he asked who was painting, i said just me. he put me in the back of his car and talked to my other friend. he asked to search my car and i said 'the trunks locked, search the cab' (first mistake). he popped the trunk and found about 30 cans. fuck. I'm wondering if i should say i told the guy ' no, you can't search my car' or what? if i dont lie about that what should i say the paint is for? Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 jrk if thats your plan than your in for a world of hurt.your not fooling anyone.cops get lied to on a daily basis.that lame ass excuse isnt getting you anywhere.if a cop sees you with gloves on he's gonna know something up and hope to god he isnt thinking BNE.the best thing to do is probably to run.if your walking away from a tag and you have gloves on the first thing he's gonna do is stop you,then he friskes you finds the can and by the time he puts two and two together your ass is on your way to jail.run nigga. fumstoo.it wouldnt have mattered if you said no or not.your homie bailed and youve already confessed to a crime so he has more than enough probable cause to pop the trunk regardless of what you say.and its not your car in the first place so you didnt have a say to begin with...if you DID say no.he would have probably placed you under arrest on the spot and then searched the vehichle following incident of arrest.its a loophole they use to basicly fuck you out of your 4th amendment rights...not much you can do about it.the best thing to do is not bring your car with you or park up the block and make sure you werent followed to it... Even though it sounds kinda stupid. Or if you're younger, say you have a little brother or sister and say you were fingerpainting with them. Worked for me. Another is, if your out past curfew and your under 18 or whatever, and cops stop you, then say you stayed the night at your friends, and you're in a rush and you're dad called you because he needed you to babysit because his girlfriend had to go to the hospital and he's going to see her. shokgobc Posted January 6, 2010 Share Posted January 6, 2010 refuseing to allow them to search you in no way incriminates you...simply ask to see the search warrant...when they can't produce one tell them you see no reason why you are being detained and walk away...most of the time if they push things further THEY are the ones breakig the law and anything that happens will be counted as inadmisable in court which means you're scott free... Another important thing to remember is that it is not against the law to carry paint around...it is only against the law to use that paint illegally...so unless they SEE you doing something you're usually ok. is that in all the us??cuz out in CA its illeagle for a minor to carry paint.. They will ask you why you have paint so be able to come up with a good excuse...Lying is essential to getting away to further prove this point think about this... let's say the police have all kinds of evidence that i am selling drugs...they spend weeks and weeks getting proff and finally have enough for the magistrate to issue a search warrant for my house... upon busting in to my house they find: a prostitution service in my living room, an illegal casino in my bedroom, a conterfeit money lab in a clost and a full out cock fight in the basement... since their warrant is for drugs they can not arrest me for any of these other crimes, because before entering my residence they had no proof of such things... Being stopped on the streeet is the same way, if they search you looking for one thing and they find something else they can't do anything about it...esspecially if what they find is not in itself illegal (paint) but only implies by assumption an illegal activity... utterly true. Posted March 21, 2010 Share Posted March 21, 2010 ima help yall out,seeing as ive been to jail a few times so i know what mistakes not to make and shit. first off.be prepared.know what spot your gonna hit before you even do it.know what kinda traffic is goin on in that place,foot or otherwise,around the time you plan on doing the spot.make sure that there are no cameras or if their are that you bring a mask and all that shit before hand.the most important thing to remember is to have found out every potential escape route before hand.this is not a guarantee your gonna get away but atleast your not just running in random directions,you atleast know where your going and all that.i also like to stash my cans within a block or so of where im going to be painting at.this way im not walking around with cans and shit.,unless im just gonna go bombing and shit,then i just walk around and whatnot.this isnt always a good idea because someone could find that shit easily,so if you do it make sure you hide that shit real well.like in a garbage can or on a roof or something...i only do this because i have to walk and all that shit plus im underaged.yadda yadda. when you go out to paint...make sure you TIE YOUR FUCKING SHOES.TIE YOUR FUCKING SHOES.TIE YOUR FUCKING SHOES.i say this because i know niggas who have a bad habit of either not tying them up or doing a half assed job of it and have them thangs fly off in a foot chase.dont do this.if you got running shoes even better.vans and any skateboarding/big toed shoes suck dick to run in.their big as fuck and they dont fit well in fences if you have to jump the tall ones.unfortunately for me i have huge ass size 12's so none of my shoes fit very well in them hoes but whatever.make sure your pants are pulled up and all that to.another big nono is wearing all black.THERE IS NO NEED TO WHERE ALL BLACK.DONT DO IT.you dress like a fucking cat burglar niggas are gonna think something is up.dont dress like a hoodlum either.dress like a normal human being..just someone out clubbin or whatever.or dress like a bum.pretend your homeless is always good because then fools just think you belong on the streets so being out at 3am isnt as shocking to fools.this doenst work if your ass is in some ritzy neighborhood where homeless people arent common.then you stick out like a sore thumb and probably will get called in hella quick. bottom line if you think your spotted,get out of there...dont sit around and second guess that shit,you can always come back and finish that shit.not if your in jail though.if its just a civilian walk calmly out of their line of site before dippin out.if its a cop just book it as fast as possible.dont let them get to close to you where you can,most people have this idea in their head that cops are all fat fucks who are out of shape and all that shit,that is not true.most of these cops nowadays are in better shape than most of you kids on here.they train for long distance..so should you.i try to run everyday and get my stamina up and all that.being fast doesnt mean shit when you can only run a block before tiring out..anyways if you are getting chased KEEP MOVING.they will set up partols in that area trying to cut you off,so you want to get out of the area quickly...only hide long enough for you to catch your breath or if you know that you have put distance between you and them.hiding in trees is always good.believe it or not very few people try and look up in trees for fools.dont try hiding under cars or in open sheds or anything like that.they will find you.thats one of the first places they check for you.plus hiding under cars mean you cant go anywhere once they find you.your stuck basicly... i'll put up more when im not tired...
