i just ate a huge bowl full of strawberries, had a big bowl of life cereal for breakfast...

 

now just to add insult to injury im going to have a bowl of fiber one cereal and maybe a few fiber crackers just to see how far i can take this...

 

ill keep reporting on how horrible my bowel movements are from now own...
