Guest blancito Posted September 10, 2002 Share Posted September 10, 2002 parking sign mystery okay the parking signs....seem to be causing some stir. the pic without the parking sign was taken first, many months ago, when there were no parking regulations in the neighborhood. that's right, none, you could park your shit for weeks and the city wouldn't touch it. clearly though, there are times when the city is the least of one's worries. later they put in alternate side parking and signs. so now if you want to park your burnt out wreck you got to switch sides every night. and thats when the second car showed up. another difference...the first car got the dumpster treatment. i've noticed that more often than not when cars show up like this they get turned into trash cans. check the wire spool in the engine and the computer monitor under the front wheel well. i got others filled with trash bags, and a real crowd favorite is disposing of old matresses and futons via burnt cars.
