See, most guys have way bigger sex drives than the average girl which is why they need to masturbate so much. On the flip side, I heard masturbating regularly increases your sex drive. So for girls who can't masturbate, its usually not as big of a deal as it would be for guys. Whereas yes, I myself would probably explode, they usually don't need it like guys do b/c (1) their natural drive isn't as strong (2) they don't do it regularly and thus their drive doesn't increase.
