It wasnt all that to tell you the truth. It was good for what it was and there were some classics, but the cameraman seemed to have a foot fetish (lots of footage of commuters' feet!) and it was more a moving photo album than anything else. There was very little action footage.

Maybe I'm being overcritical, because I was expecting so much more given the amount people had been hyping it up to me. It does serve to give you an insight into days gone by and I'm sure that, if I had an oldskool writer next to me giving me commentary as we watched it, I would have a different impression of it. Still, it's definitely worth having.

When I get a VHS copy (which should be anytime soon) then I'll bring it round somewhere for you to watch, if you like.

email me on mfbpop3@hotmail.com if u like. I dont have your email!

On a more positive note, this thread is without a doubt one of the best on this whole forum. Nice one SE4!

Crazeebob, I know you've got some more flicks for us all! get scanning, I beg you!

To the guy asking for more oldskool interviews, check out Graphotism number 10 (I think) as it has Cazbee and some other interviews in it. If youre desperate and from the US and cant get hold of it, then I will try and find mine (which has gone missing, grrrrrr) and scan in the pages, although it was quite a long interview!

The Elk blockbuster-style flicks and the Cast piece are classics. That Aqua is also fucking nice. I'll tell you what it is, it's the thickness of the outline. None of this ponsy thin, ultra fine detailed crap you get nowadays. I find it amazing that they could have done so much (that DONONE e2e, raaaaaaaaaah) with such shit paint (as I've been told it was). The colours were booming as well! It makes me wonder how that Cast pannel burns anything Ive done at a legal wall of fame.... [mental note: must try harder].

I've said more than enough so Ill shut the fuck up now. Crazeebob, my man, get on the case.

O man! That "Kast" colour door 2 door night shot is the bee's knee's! Super fresh!

That dest is burnin', as are the ganja t2b's. Colours!

Fumin', I can't see that prime hated pigeon.

CrazeeBob, what's the last T2B on those whole cars? Score?

Who was that Chrome wholecarish christmas thing? Terror?

If so I heard he passed away quite recently? If so R.I.P and RESPECT, if not, sorry for beleiving the graffiti grapevine. Ps Not from England, so please excuse my ignorance, I'm trying to learn as much as I can.

Spotted flics off this site on another forum and it got me all dewey eyed - aerosolplanet.com - thought I'd chuck em on here. All of this stuff is pre-88 and I KNOW they're walls but old London tubes are quite scarce on the ground netwise!

This is the stuff I took photos of. Shody scans, but I did them in 95 before I knew how a scanner worked :) I've got the TKid piece and the 'crime time' by Bando knocking around somewhere on the server.

Oh yeah just incase your intrested and you didn`t know, between West Ham and Stratford on the Jubilee line tracks there`s that long wall, used to be covered in weeds and the such like, all the weeds have been chopped down and it`s just covered in preserved old skool pieces tags etc..Some twat writing "Bliss" took one of the pieces out in a silver..But gotta try and get some flix b4 it all goes...safe.
