CatintheHat Posted April 26, 2002 Share Posted April 26, 2002 HISTORY CONTINUED In the late 80's writing to a break dance book about the graffiti in it he was conected to COAL/SB in Brklynn and learned of IGT graff news paper and other NY base materials. Coal took PRE to the BX on Photo missions where the met SENT & CAVS PRE and CAVS started trading pics and eventualy painted together at 238th street under the bridge. ( Photo will be posted on www.streetsoldierz.com next month in old skool sectio. ) Never the less Pre continued to paint up untill 89 where he took a break to find his self, in 90-91 He met PAKE, aka ADS, aka FRESH, aka SEW. who begged him to paint after months of Pre giving SEW fliks and Black books works the two started a series of years of painting FR8's walls and so forth. till about 97-98 the two went there sepperate ways to accomplish personal gouls on their own. Guest krowteN Posted April 27, 2002 Share Posted April 27, 2002 not that history really has any relavence, but if it did it went like this. yeah this toy named coal met pre in 88 but pre was hitting freights in 87 with Braze. pre crushed shit during his time on the trax, i wouldnt be surprised if he is still hitting trains on the low. i dont know what happened to pre and his boys in the late 90's because i lost touch. to me however pre had a profound influence on getting me into freights. him cavs and porn were giving me fliks of freights in 87 and i was like what the fuck is this shit? why would you paint a freight car? who knew they were a decade ahead of their time. Pre was baggin, most of, like 98% of you self proclaimed freight killers will never even come cose the over all achievement of Pre. His styles make your Revok look-a-like, Onorok want-a-be, Sigh-bit'n-Geso and everybody bites him(geso) bullshit, look like a toys first night out. This Cat is a freight legend, but truley an example of why attitude is everything. He's now a fat lazzy bitter bitch who is flushing his talent down the toilet, He has no real friends anymore, he had a falling out with just about everyone and now if we're lucky maybe does 5 peices a year if that. Pre was dope, one of the best freight writers ever, but streight up fuck him and fuck Dan1 for that matter. He destroyed his own rep by being an egotistical fuck who sent toys to diss people he felt threatened by. Fuck that, take a lesson from Twist. King of the world, but never to big to shake your hand and say thats dope, your good.
