Guest imported_Tesseract Posted April 15, 2002 Share Posted April 15, 2002 Create a new layer>select a stripe from end to end and fill it with 80%black> deselect> take the smudge tool, 100% pressure and use/create a new brush that covers the whole line>click use all layers> and use the smudge SLIGHTLY moving it towards the bottom of the pic.
