Crews are only good for people who are close like brothers, and from there its only good so they represent eachother by simply putting up the crew name. L.A. there's got to be hundreds of different crews... I'd say it's between 200 to 400 crews... there may be old school crews that are dead with one or two members still repping them, but they don't count. Then a lot of crews have sects that create smaller crews within bigger crews... like KOG was created by a lot of LTS heads... KOG is like the crew you go to, and if you graduate you move to LTS... but not of them are full time bombing either, some just tag. The big crews putting in heavy work, i'm talking pieces, trains, throws, productions, the whole 9. like the MSK-caliber crews, maybe roughly as much as 30... just a guess...
