@fat ralphy

i once went back home to Utah a loooong while ago and at a picnic they had this.

sour cream in one bowl, brown sugar in the next and a lotta strawberries.

visually,  I thought it was whipped cream, graham crackers crumbs and berries.
(which would have been enjoyed all the same)

we discovered a restaurant here that is breakfast only and it serves crepes in this manner.  Fire.

 Do you stir those egg whites into your oatmeal as you cook it?

or on the side?

I ate them separately. But, now you have got me thinking…..Is that something you have made before?

I just started heating my oatmeal up again a few weeks ago after eating it cold for the last 10ish years.

sometimes cook oatmeal on the mornings of days i'm driving somewhere. stick in a container on the way out the door and just eat it when i'm ready for it, it's usually cold & still good. keeps for awhile that way..

But, do you put eggs in it?

On top of eggs I’ll add that cinnamon, also some crushed pecans, flax seed or chia seeds, a small amount of peanut butter. Bacon bits if the mood strikes. Blueberries if we have em. I load it right up

I need that fiber/protein balance just right in the morning
