I do this kind of stuff with Carr's water crackers.  I like a slice of pepperoni (or other meat like turkey or ham) a thick piece of cheese and sometimes a slice of cucumber.... maybe a little shot of hot sauce.  I thought I was the only one making gourmet cracker snacks.

I love cracker based snacks like that. Triscuit really upped the game with all their flavors out now. Sea salt and dill is brilliant on its own, but with boars head dill havarti and a pickle slice?! Fuckin a.
