blueberries and high protein cottage cheese.

fills you up, lots of protein, low carbs,  if you use the frozen blueberries and defrost in microwave the moisture in the blueberries escapes and makes the whole works into a purple pulp.

I'm on a streak.  Last: fresh squeezed oj, swedish fish (not together).  Before that (last night): I need to hit the supermarket. Worked up some munchies, was enjoying the fights, no shame.  Took a hamburger bun, threw some cheese on it, some condiments, and ate that shit like Friday, got the ham no burger.
