Keep The Faith was the subject of a landmark court case last February. For the first time in British law, the authorities attempted to prosecute the publisher of the magazine with ‘Encouraging the commission of criminal damage’.
Fortunately, we got a Not Guilty verdict and the British Transport Police lost the case.
