i think destruction becomes a real threat if/when the supreme court takes up the election and decide it for trump; cities will burn, the shooting will resume.

trump is going to declare victory tonight after winning the day-of votes. biden well may win after mail in ballots are counted; it will be fought in court for weeks as trump yells about a "stolen election" and urges his people to run over protesters in cities

pennsylvania has a ton of votes left to be counted—philadelphia is only 9% in. seven pa counties have not started counting mail in ballots!
what remains to be seen is whether trump's well-packed supreme court will simply rule those votes invalid.

- polls are closing.
- florida: polls are closed but people already in line are still voting. state is maybe 50% in, the lead is swinging back and forth. biden appears to be getting his ass kicked in miami-dade, a county clinton carried by 29%, which is like 54-44 biden right now (this tally is early vote + some mail, today's votes will be strongly republican), and he needs to run up the score here to take the state. biden is up in duval county (jacksonville) which went for trump by 10 points in 2016 and he is overperforming in populous broward county. that said: i'm still calling florida for trump. the florida panhandle isn't in at all yet
