  1. Thanks man! That's cool, and your right about that! And I would be glad to share the rest of the pictures I got, where do I fine the LA thread?
  2. I was roaming around L.A. On foot taking pictures and catching tags. I was headed to an area I've been before to see if there was anything new. A car parks and someone from the car says something to me,it was from a distance, so I approached to see what was going on. When I got there it was to writers from DSK crew, one of em was Avoe, I forget the other ones name though. It was nothing but good vibes. Music , jokes, and painting. They were working on a crew production that has been in progress for months. We talked a little and then I turned the corner down another alley. Staring down this alley there was about 6 different writers doing Pieces and character work. They were all from K2S, and some were apart of other crews as well like BAMC.I picked up a cardboard box I found on the floor and had each of em catch a tag on it with a silver krink I had on me,I had small conversations with them and they were all real chill. The artists I remember are Gabe88 K2S STN LABS, Luke K2S STN W247 NVC, Ones BAMC GOAT, Phosl BAMC HEROc, Quik K2S NVC.
  3. Something I can really appreciate about certain writers is there well rounded in the game. For example Batle (R.I.P), he has it all, stickers, scribes, tags, throwups, straight letters, pieces, rollers, extinguishers , you name it he has it all! I guess I like that they are trying different things and trying to expand there horizon. Another thing I like about it is you use whatever you got, whatever tools you have available at that moment and you try to make the best out of them. In the book L.A. Graffiti Aloy (Msk,Ska) had a quote,I can't remember the exact words but the key point was a real graffiti writer uses whatever they got,you don't need a certain kind of tip or brand of paint to do something dope. Not saying I don't have my favorite tips and paint I like to use, what I'm saying is don't rely on those things, rely on yourself and test yourself in all different ways with all different kind of tools. Learn what tools work in what situations.
