  1. depends on the spot really, if it's just a wall on a street probably give it the look left look right then go for it. if its a yard/lay/etc or whatever probably a little prep work for example theres no yard near me but there is a one track runoff ive noticed has had a freight there every once in a while. looked it over on google maps, checked the full train schedule, spent some time just scoping it out and seeing what time workers leave it for the night etc. just need to pop the fence open and itll be ready. might be a little overkill but a spot like that where i live is rare as shit and id rather spend more time prepping = more time painting than running in blindside and getting a 1min throw on it. but ye all depends on spot/location/what it is/etc

aye some of those vids out of US/Canda where people just cotch up at one freight for like four hours with decks chairs beers weed n shit absolute envy hitting a remotely close yard here i gotta do a 40 mile round trip in the late hours, get through fences, find a spot where i wont be seen but can actually see what im doing (bare in mind the closest yard here is a coal one so its pitch fucking black) then actually get something up without it looking like shit; dont get me started on getting a fucking panel running too :grimacing: all fun and games tho appreciate the few dubs running you can get over spending all day painting one freight (ie keep6), least when you see people constantly up you know theyve been on the grind

thought id just dump all the shit ive clocked over the last few weeks, uk freight scene definitely aint up to the us scene but we dont have the advantage of being able to post up and do a wholecar in three hours
  4. save yourself time and wasting batches by just sticking with the pens/isopropyl
  5. im guessing he meant something like smash ink when mentioning xylene but for the most part xylene is used for thinning paint and itll eat the fuck out of any plastic based mop/marker if you leave it long enough to make some shit like that get some silver metal rust paint, dunno what youd call it in america i guess just rustoleum bucket paint. they do it in small 250ml tins so get that and mix it with 3 or 4/5ths thinner (so 250ml paint/200ml thinner), stir the fuck out of it and put in a mop or whatever shit, basically just the same ghetto krink recipe thats being floating around for the last 15 year. im from britain so i tend to get these two: that thinner is xylene based but if youre leaving paint in a mop long enough for it to eat through and leak you're shite
