Assuming I'm not the only one having it when I'm practicing on paper, how do you people deal with it? I personally like to smoke a joint and eventually a new idea will pop in my head.

Hey guys, I'm looking for an old school euro movie...I've seen it probably around 2003/04 and I think they were germans, I'm not sure. Anyway, these guys travelled into an Asian country and they painted their subway there, the yard was so big they even travelled with a bike downthere!!! That's the only detail I can remember, it's probably a long shot but I've seen many train movies but never like that one scene. If someone knows the name please tell me, I would love to watch it again.. Thanks
