Always try to keep particularly themed letters of equal length, height, space, and symmetry. having these can make anything go a long way eventually, you will develop a way to "level" your letters in which you can get more lose with your style but still be looking good.

should of leveled up the bottom curve of that s and probably drop the last arrow. other than that props for the old school color scheme.

i actually think it's pretty good. your markers are perhaps a bit crappy but proper shading/leveling/letters/hands are beyond that of a toy.
