  2. damn even the myspace skinny angle cant' hide the fat from this girl
  3. Also be sure the computer has the right specs to run win 7 you might want to install xp
  4. First be sure you downloaded a x86 ( 32bit version) of windows 7 this issue seems to be that you are trying to install a x64bit version of a win 7 disc and it will not read If that is done be sure you are burning the disc as an ISO and doing it at a slow speed. Also be sure that the drive you are using is able to read DVD-+R / DVDRW.
  5. dark dry place for storage on dvds 15 yrs max that i would trust_ hard drives can go at anytime never trust i would on the other hand think about remote storage like online backup ( that would be the best option ) http://www.audioholics.com/education/audio-formats-technology/cd-and-dvd-longevity-how-long-will-they-last Handle discs by the outer edge or the center hole Use a non solvent-based felt-tip permanent marker to mark the label side of the disc Keep dirt or other foreign matter from the disc Store discs upright (book style) in original jewel cases that are specified for CDs and DVDs Return discs to their jewel cases immediately after use Leave discs in their spindle or jewel case to minimize the effects of environmental changes Remove the shrink wrap only when you are ready to record data on the disc Store in a cool, dry, dark environment in which the air is clean -- relative humidity should be in the range 20% - 50% (RH) and temperature should be in the range 4°C - 20°C Remove dirt, foreign material, fingerprints, smudges, and liquids by wiping with a clean cotton fabric in a straight line from the center of the disc toward the outer edge Use deionized (best), distilled or soft tap water to clean your discs. For tough problems use diluted dish detergent or rubbing alcohol. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or photo lens tissue Check the disc surface before recording

  8. What is the full model number? ( because the L505D series only takes DDR2 PC2-6400 DDR2-800 and the RAM you posted would not compatible. But yes you will see a very smooth computer after you install 8GB ( still not sure if your model is compatible of 8GB I think 4GB is the Max again find out the full model number or run this program it will tell you everything you need http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner/
  9. ok well you should be getting 10.0 Mbps down - and 1.5 upstream for a about $45-$59 depending on the city. I know comcast is in Chicago which really sucks ( they have bandwidth limits and shit ( another subject but anyway. If you never had them before you should try them but here is a big secret. Call a bunch of times and keep getting price quotes and as soon as you get a person say you can get locked into a promo deal for $19.99 a month for the first 6 months - sometimes they say a year snag it- after the 6th month they will jump to $47.99. you are locked in for I believe 2 years. ( but don't quote me on that ) it may take 10 to 15 calls to get an operator to tell you about the $19.99 promo ( its a slip up that new operators make )
  10. you can never put winehouse in the same category as morrison, cobain and never hendrix
  11. the speeds you are showing, are average , but very slow for Chicago, I would try your local cable company for better speeds and better uptime and I would hope you are not paying more than $30.00 a month for speeds like that
