The only reason why you keep seeing the same three people's art is because there is a limited amount of work going on in this city. There are legit folks out there willing to flick if you are willing to do something impressive and (if you're new) outside of the legal wall. Paint it or document it. Stop putting in the time to make an opinion and start using that time to put out art.
