Have to make something around playing cards for class, just a quick sketch of an idea. I was originally just going for joker, but I decided to add the other face card names for the hell of it. Just gonna stick to one font from now on. Queen also has one E, which I realized afterwards :o

Ignore the colors in this one, they came out really shitty pretty much just a virus bite with little changes here and there. Really like the style of those letters. Am I doing this right? I know that's a stupid question, but is this the right way to learn? Just biting until you learn letter structure and come up up with something original?

Rait that R is looking much better, but just one more suggestion. Try and get the middle bar for the A and the R at the same level, it'll look even better. overall a definite improvement though.

thanks guys, means a lot. I'm working on some other stuff right now and I'll try and get it up either tomorrow or this weekend. Rait, I'm with Boris on that. The R doesn't work with the rest of your letters, fix that up. From what I know you've gotta learn your letters and learn to be consistent before you do anything else. Write an alphabet, do what you need to do.

what's up everyone, been lurking a while and trying this graff thing on my own. Decided it was time to make an account and actually USE this place I've been mainly just doing simples and biting other styles, trying to make it my own (and failing) mostly anyway, tell me what you think, if I'm on the right track or if I suck, all that good stuff
