Just reformatted my comp...Installed all my drivers using some sweet driver finder program my friend gave me. Have Google Chrome, Kaspersky 2010, utorrent/userenity, itunes, & winrar. Any other useful things i should download?

Alright. My comp is fucked. All youtube vids are choppy, the little circle loading thing in all of the left hand corner of my firefox tabs is not rotating smooth at all, and when I scroll down (by clickthing scroll wheel and rotating down) that is also choppy. I'm going insane. Why is my comp acting like it drank a bottle of sizzurp?
