absolute classic, there arent many pre 1970s movies that are actually scary but this does the job i need to see Nightbreed, been meaning too for while. Anyone ever see Santa Sangre?..watchin it this weekend, supposed to be surreal.

devils backbone was probably an all round better film than the orphanage, but the orphanage was creepier

nah man that film is still quality. I watched it recently and it was still an eerie film with an amazingly creepy score (one of the best horror scores ive heard) One of my favourite horrors. I watched Inside the other night..good film and gory as fuck but maybe too much action... detracted from the tension and suspense, although there were generally some creepy moments.

this is a great movie. very slow paced... that tom noonan is a creepy motherfucker
