Here's another one I just finished. Trying to use water colors.

word you mean in terms of all the hatching etc, or just developing the style? I think sometimes they seem a little unfinished, but you can always add more, not take away w/ pen/ink obviously. But lemme know, I appreciate other artist feedback always

yeah true, I honestly just majorly fucked up a Joe Pesci portrait trying to do too much with the background. Still developing this style alot, but I agree 100%. The white contrasts/ works good with all the color/funkiness steez. thanks for the input homie

The brian cranston is mad fucking corny looking to me. I just hated having the background all white. and yes I know I spelt his name wrong.

Joe Pesci in the works, going to finish it up tonight hopefully. Any ideas for the background greatly appreciated, I'm thinking "casino", "goodfellas", etc in the background but still open/need ideas.

Fuck it, no background, not enough space for me to comfortably put anything in there. still open to suggestions though, I think the white works because the of the contrast with all the colors.

Spike lee Joint I'm still workin on the lips/ear a little but I need some advice on what to do with background. I was thinking either a bunch of 'power fists' or maybe just all his movie titles in a cool fashion to make up all the negative space. There's more space than show here, but not a whole lot more. HMU with some suggestions, I gotta finish this shit soon @ NOWON, those are dope. that 3 peice canvas is gnarly as shit.

@thealmighty.. those animal heads are dope. lmao @ "chickenhead" made me chuckle. what kind of markers did you use on the second one posted? ALSO, some dope prioirty mail stickers. That shit just motivated me to get to drawing on some. @skroez These 'F's in the background are too fucking ill. That shit is gnarly man, love the text with portrait.

word this was image I used, and yeah I knew I shouldve gotten more depth but I had some shitty ass bic markers and I didnt wanna stray too far off from the skin tone colors. Thanks for the feedback tho homie. I tried putting this shit on Action's facebook and twitter, no response...lmao kind of a heartbreaker but whatever, it was just for kicks.

Word I didnt know what to do with the background so I just went for cool colors. still trying to develop this style a little more. I didnt really have an objective for the background either, maybe that's where I went wrong, I think it's a lil too chaotic.
