i dont much care for scram or kem but, scram is actually decent and did tweak the letters he was influenced by to give it his own feel. freak and a whole bunch of other toys simply just replicate kem's old letters and fills on every piece they do..no tweaking just shameless replication. but apparently thats ok nowadays? so my point is cunt: is that sydney is terrible

i agree it hasn't been good for years (atleast 10). just about everybody bites what's hot on the internet now and the worst part is that its actually accepted. cunts get praise for biting when they should be getting a slap. then there's the kem/scram biters like freak who's biting letters that were being done in 98/99 and that's cool too? fk that.. style and originality was the key ingredient but sadly it is a thing of the past

so instead would you rather toys being congratulated for using another writers name (eg, Min) in a 'piece' on a wall using and butchering someone elses letters (eg. Zombe?) that have already been painted on a live train 10+ years ago? seems to much of that practice has been given the green light to just slide by without question which is why half of the pieces you see know its not clear if the writer is trying to take the utter piss out of established letter forms or attempting some kind of poorly done tribute? quality control.. you should be thankful that one or two posters whose recent comments are clearly educated in the subject and are willing to even bother bringing some balance to the thread..
