I mean the Revok makes sense how you could get caught or have to bail... He was further out than anyone else on that spot, except Dyrect I believe. Finally, Order hit it with an Or all the way on the side closest to the river. The year also was in a hot spot especially if it was done right after 9/11. If you remember correctly there was actually a "Y" and an "E' that he had outlined and then moved two squares to the right to start over at a smaller scale. Either way, I think both of those spots had to be evacuated while they were painting.
oh man when Order hit that it was a line up, all the way to the end that was a crazy spot. Not surprisingly the whole spot was buffed soon after. On the high line those Y's were not quick to do.
Another great highway piece of my time was the SACER over the entrance to the Freedom Tunnels. Or those TICH rooftops on Broadway, those were nice.
