I agree with Deva. Yes, the wicket makes Philly stand apart (and there's definitely a specific style to the hands that are like no other city) but it's not a replacement for a piece -- it's just another category of the game that other cities don't have. I would still prefer to look at a crazy wicket than a piece, but that's just out of preference, and I still have great respect for both when they're pulled off nicely.
