If I was running a food shack I would provide an arbol chile salsa (possibly an arbol guajillo combo, with some roasted tomatillos and garlic) and a fresh tomatillo. I would also not be corny and cross contaminating. My food shack FTW.

I think If you are new, sam adams is a really good start. widely available and pretty cheap for a decent beer.
