I liked that analogy of no country for old men. But Chigur carries a tool used to slaughter cattle (maybe symbolic in it's own right?), not stun them, and it is in no way scythe-like. He only kills one guy with it.

To each his own, but the ending was perfect in my opinion. This movie is pretty good too.

The mist? Should have been a made for tv USA network special. Terrible. But No Country for Old Men was really good.

Do any of you bet on MMA events? The line on Serra is +350, -500 for st. pierre. At +400 I'd take some action but I don't see Serra pulling this one out.

Yes please do this.my strategy so far..........on some shitty roads, or with not enough room, I pretty much take the lane, and ride in the middle of it.Good or bad? not sure..........but it seems to keep alot of drivers from doing stupid shit. and when its safe, i move to the left and they can pass.

“Perhaps the strangest thing about this illusion of control is not that it happens but that it seems to confer many of the psychological benefits of genuine control. In fact, the one group of people who seem generally immune to this illusion are the clinically depressed, who tend to estimate accurately the degree to which they can control events in most situations.”

Trainspotting 2, wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.
