Agreed. Using obvious characters is not a bite. However, it would help if there was something more to that pic other than just the character. I used to draw eyes on everything when I was a kid, this thread makes me want to start doing it again!

Letter structure. Try to make them less 'crazy' and more balanced and flowy. The first T has some balance and flow, if that is some indication for you. Just my 2c

Rime has it, from pretty much every angle, in my opinion. Dude has all the effects and still doesn't skimp on his letters.

Well, that's got to be one of the most bizarre characters that I've seen. Still, sweet piece though.
