dude I dont know what country you live in, but in AMERICA if some crackhead comes in your house (why the fuck dont you lock your doors?!?) you have the right to defend your property. Just baseball bat him down and say you were scared for your life because he was high on crack...
I live on fucking crack alley, and they are always watching your place. We keep some of the old ones on the payroll, give em beer and smokes and some money weekly and they watch the spot and let other heads know not to fuck with us.
In TN where I live we are very lenient on protecting your property, and you can legally shoot someone in your yard or in the street in front of your house by your car if you feel scared for your life. Learn that phrase "I was scared for my life! He was obviously on drugs and probably had aids"
Ive had to pop shots at the heads on my block. Once. Me and this gal were driving from jack n the box or whatever and found a perfectly good mini fridge in an alley, put it in the car, and drove home. My roomate was on acid and watching out the window while we were eating. He saw 3 heads surrounding the car and went out side - they were talking about jacking the fridge. He yelled for me and I went out and started to confront them. All 3 of them started moving towards me in my yard - I ran in my room and grabbed the 9 came back and started busting. If I would have hit one, all I had to say was "There were 3 of them - I was scared for my life, one of them had something shiney in his hand"
know your rights. If you fuck a smoker up on your property police are gonna most likely side with you. Chances are they know about the drug activity and are sick of it, and wish people would stand up. You probably dont live in a state that is as lenient with defending your property as TN, so you might not want to pop the pistol, but baseball bat those heads down. I wish to god a smoker would just walk up in my house... it would be O.V.

if there is such a bad crack problem in your apartment I dont think the management gives 2 shits about your extra people or slight law breaking.
I know my landlord could give 2 shits about what me and my boy do - we are the first white people to live in the house ever and we dont sell crack. I got warrants, and we got shit in the house, but your average cop isnt just gonna kick your door down after you report. I hate cops, but you gotta know your rights and understand their psychology. If you make a report they arent gonna fuck with you - they hate the crack problem as much as you do.
