  1. if all you got is basic cookies (or internet tracking information) on the computer then just download a program called ccleaner get it from ccleaner.comand run the shit (in the options there is a option to do a secure delete (a d0d wipe or Gutnam or custom (this will wipe the harddrive with random 0s and 1s it will be gone (yer company is only doing a quick overview with a little utility to see where you been it will find recently deleted files but if you use the program above with the options i explained they will not be able to track them the only true way to delete the files is opening it up breaking the platters into alot of pieces and melting them with other metal into one big ass clump
