not strictly true- if you luk like a sket with a board, torn jeans, baggy hoody (i could go on) then you will not be believed. BUT it is possible to blag ur way out of a situation with the law if- you say uve been commisioned to do work, have permission , or just act friendly and act like your not doing anything wrong. The art of the con is practised everyday and can be pulled off easier than you all think.
but for fucks sake if u see them before they see you, or even if you dont but u have a chance of getting away, run for the hills.
